Abstract

Dear Sir,

It was good to read about the Polish twins we used to call them Siamese twins. I read about this phenomenon and the twins survived to adult life and even get married and had children.

I do not find in the article on technicalities of surgery: how they get surgical separation and was there plan for this operation for example did the twins had enough organs and was it simple to separate them.

I wondered while reading this news case report and I did not find this in the lines of the article. I would be happy to learn in details about this operation. Thank you for sharing this information and best regards
