S Dindyal, P Kumaraswamy, W McAllister. Unusual Presentation Of Sebaceous cysts of scrotum. The Internet Journal of Urology. 2007 Volume 5 Number 2.
A 68 year old man was admitted with an acute confusional state. Incidental findings on examination were multiple painless, pedunculated lesions within the scrotal skin. They contained a characteristic punctum and some of them expelled a cheesy discharge. A scrotal ultrasound scan was normal and the masses were diagnosed as sebaceous cysts. Sebaceous cysts of the scrotum are not uncommon, but this was a rare presentation.
